Low cost intervention and treatment was created to provide an alternative to the high price of most intervention services.
We believe that in many circumstances, a well trained, certified and experienced recovering individual can provide excellent leadership in the intervention process, with results that rival the most highly educated clinicians.
Treatment can also be very expensive, so we have identified a group of quality organizations that can provide, detox services, residential treatment, sober housing, recovery mentoring, and more. Of course, our low cost intervention can also be used with a premium treatment provider.
Low cost intervention and treatment was founded by Jeff Jay and Debra Jay, authors of the best selling book on intervention: Love First. Peter Aude is the lead interventionist for Low cost intervention and treatment. He has completed more than 100 interventions, helping families from coast to coast. Peter is one of a select group of professionals who have been personally trained by Jeff Jay.
Peter's own story of recovery gives him a powerful understanding of crisis management, as well as credibility with the addict. He combines compassion with a military background, giving him a unique set of skills. He is a member of the Association of Intervention Specialist (AIS) and a Board Registered Interventionist (BRI-I).
